Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for managing agency operations of the Demo fleet and will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of the company. 

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for appointing the Agents in various ports, arranging husbandry matters of the vessel in liaison with purchasing and local agents, liaising with managers and coordinating crew visas, liaising with Flag States (Comoros/ Gabon / Palau) for registration of vessels, obtaining dispensations, etc., liaising with marine warranty surveyors / Insurance department for all vessel insurance matters.

Skills & Qualifications

BSc graduate with 3 years experience in a ship management/owning company is ESSENTIAL.

Excellent command over verbal/written English communication skills is ESSENTIAL.

The candidate should be able to work independently and possess excellent negotiation skills.
